Enjoy quiet mornings with birds singing, sun yourself by the pool, walk over to Mana Uluwatu restaurant for a delicious meal, or down to the world-famous Uluwatu Cave — a favorite among surfers — and paddle out for the best waves you could imagine. Our Commitment to Sustainability: Uluwatu Hale is built with the environment in mind. We compost on-site, recycle, and work to limit plastic use throughout the property. Cleaning is done with eco-friendly products wherever possible, and the garden is maintained without chemicals. Bali's Bukit Peninsula relies heavily on trucked-in water, and while we still use water trucks ourselves, our rain catchment system helps reduce that demand. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of water use during their stay — short showers and reusing towels go a long way here.
